Essentially Gourmet did the most fantastic catering for this year’s charity dinner. I was especially impressed with how hot all 400 meals were and how quickly they were served, as last I was at a function at a Golf Course and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to service 180 guests and was cold, dried out and tiny!
